What is one thing you want to learn in the next few months or in the next year?

In recent years, there have been significant advances in research about how we learn. Simultaneously, the methods we use to acquire new information has changed. In this webinar, you’ll discover ways to apply what we know about how we acquire and absorb new information so that you can enhance your productivity and benefit even more from the learning process.

This workshop will help you view your own leaning process in a new way, and apply that awareness in your work. More specifically, you’ll learn methods to help combat procrastination, how to use diffuse and focused learning strategies and how technology is rapidly changing the learning landscape.

Participants in this session will be able to:

  • Identify one learning/enrichment goal
  • Understand how we process new information
  • Describe at least two tips on becoming a better learner
  • Discover new lifelong learning resources
