With creative thinking, we can address challenges and discover opportunities to make a difference. However, while it’s certain that your library is filled with staff with lots of expertise and ideas, it is challenging to harness those things and turn them into meaningful action. How can you work together (merging your perspectives, creativity, and energy) to navigate the uncertainties ahead with creativity and innovation?
Join innovation afficionado Brenda Hough for 60 minutes and learn 8 different techniques you can use to experiment and generate ideas. If you’re ready to try something different, going beyond traditional brainstorming techniques, this session is for you!
Attendees will learn how to:
● Implement techniques to look at a problem or opportunity from a fresh and unique perspective
● Generate “outside-the-box” ideas
● Use play and fun to nurture creativity and engagement while brainstorming
● Build on the ideas of others to collaboratively arrive at creative solutions
