For this program, we will learn best practices for communicating in the workplace. Through learning transferable communication skills, including interpersonal and group communication strategies you will learn how to be a more effective communicator. Together we will consider how to build and re-build relationships in the workplace—especially when conflict is present.

As a result of this program, you will:
• Understand effective communication practices
• Understand verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Develop effective communication skills for negotiating conflict

Presenter: Dr. Stevie M. Munz, Ph.D. is an award-winning teacher and researcher with 10+ years of experience in the communication field.
