This webinar will discuss prompt engineering techniques for general large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude AI. Focusing on prompt engineering techniques for interacting with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) models within library databases., this webinar will also discuss how to train and build custom chatbots based on LLMs for internal research, marketing, current awareness, and more.

Presenter: Ellyssa Valenti Kroski is the Director of Innovation & Engagement at the New York Law Institute as well as an award-winning editor and author of 77 books.  She is a librarian, an adjunct faculty member at San Jose State University, and an international conference speaker.
