Remember that time you begged your coworkers to change out of their library uniforms, so they’d look like patrons when no one showed up to attend your library program with a guest speaker? You’re not alone! There’s nothing as scary as putting your heart, time, and limited library budget into a program and then wondering if anyone will show up.
