This refresher workshop offers a ninety-minute demonstration session for Ask a Librarian participants to learn about and work with the InstantService software. The class is limited to those previously trained on the basics of Ask a Librarian. Repeat participants are welcomed!
Prerequisite: All attendees must have completed Introductory Ask a Librarian Training.
