Many of us are in the habit of being busy. So busy in fact, that we leave little time for ourselves which can lead us to a less fulfilling life than we had dreamed and believed was possible.
A New Year approaching is an opportunity to stop, breathe and reflect on who and where we are today and to consider changes for the future. Even in these historically uncertain times, you can gain more control of your life by using one or more of the 20 Things we will discuss in this interactive program.
“And suddenly you know… it’s time to start something new and trust the magic of new beginnings.” ~Meister Eckhart
