Why is it that many of us spend more time and energy on our cars, homes, careers, family and yes, even our vacations than we do on ourselves? We need a healthy mind, body and spirit to not only enjoy the fruits of our life’s work, but to continue to do our work.
So why don’t we? There’s a variety of reasons including we’ve been brainwashed into putting everyone else’s needs before our own; we’ve taken on more and more responsibilities in life and because we’ve not made doing things for ourselves a priority.
Inspired by a post written by Marc Chernoff, join Andrew for this interactive, fun and motivational program as he discusses 30 Things to Start Doing For Yourself. You’ll be glad that you made this hour a priority for yourself.
