Robin Hastings works as the Director of Technology Services for the Northeast Kansas Library System and has dealt with some outsourced projects in her time. She has over 16 years experience in library technology and has written three books (including one on outsourcing library technology), many articles and has presented all over the world on technology and project management topics.
