With more generations in the workforce than ever before, managers are finding distinct characteristics and challenges in each group. A good manager needs to find the best way to tap into the positives and passions of each generation to bring out the best in everyone.

In this one-hour interactive webinar, Jennifer Parsick, a 3 year manager with the Osceola Library System, will guide you through some of the general characteristics and unique challenges of working with each generation. Topics we’ll discuss include:

  • Managing the differences of the generations including (for example) flexibility versus the rule-loving and change tolerant versus change resistant
  • Working out the non-negotiables with the younger generation versus inspiring great customer service with the older generation
  • Encouraging mentor/mentee relationships (even informally) between generations

Join Jennifer for this practical and interactive webinar and let your managerial skills flourish.
