Looking for a fresh approach for handling challenging library situations and difficult patrons? The library environment is an ever-changing landscape. We thrive on diversity, yet are challenged by our library patron’s unique situations, personalities, and needs.
Does every staff member in your library handle challenging situations and difficult patrons in the exact same manner? What can we do as library staff members to better handle these situations more consistently and effectively?
In this interactive and informative webinar, participants will learn:
- What are the common shared challenges we face in libraries today
- How to work as a better team to solve difficult situations
- Problem solving strategies that can be formatted to fit your library
