Get Them To Use Your Stuff: Tips and Tricks for Helping Customers Use Technology

Date(s) - 04/28/2015
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Library customers can be afraid to ask for help for a simple question or inquiry.  More are even less inclined to ask how they can digitally use your stuff and your library. Even fewer that know your great digital stuff exists.

This interactive and informative program with Maurice Coleman will show you how to help your customers (and staff) use (and explain) your “hidden in plain sight” digital services.
