Scammers target people from different communities in various ways, often particular to those communities. Members of the Armed Forces and military families face unique challenges managing their finances and personal information.

And when it comes to some consumer issues, like preventing identity theft, they have special rights. The Federal Trade Commission’s Military Consumer site empowers the military community with tools for financial readiness.

This webinar will walk you through the site and ways to use it so you can get your military patrons just what they need to know and while they’re on the go. The program will also delve into the specific tips for dealing with a few consumer issues that are of particular interest and concern to the military community.
