Let’s face it. Our work environment can be very stressful. While you can’t make that stress magically disappear, you can learn how to manage what comes up, how to maintain your calm in the middle of the chaos and make decisions that get the best job done without you losing it or being detrimental to your health and well-being.
In this interactive and informative session, you’ll learn how to identify what triggers your stress and where your stress may be coming from, and easy-to-implement ways to manage it if it does come up along with “new” habits to implement into your life to keep you stress-free in the first place.
A stress-free, healthier and happier you will lead to a stress-free, healthier and happier work environment.
