Leaders are emphasizing the need for improved ways their managers and employees can interact with one another, check in on goal progression, and increase connectivity to hopefully decrease turnover. And because we are having to do so much more with so much less, highly effective, and quick methods are in the highest demand. This presentation will discuss simple and time-saving formulas for manager and employee check-ins.

Presenter: Nicole Bryan is a Library Information Supervisor at Brooklyn Public Library, the fifth largest library system in the United States. She has spent her career within the social services arena, developing programs and meeting constituents’ needs.
Currently, Nicole assesses the delivery of library services, employing trauma-informed methods, to transitional populations in public library branches and homeless shelters in Brooklyn, New York. She received her MLS degree from Long Island University.
