Managing the performance of workers in your library can be one of the most time-consuming and challenging aspects of any job.  The responsibilities loom large and finding the time to follow sound management practices in everything you do as a director, supervisor or branch manager can be challenging.

Documentation of performance often feels like one of the most burdensome duties, and unfortunately it is the one that usually gets put off the longest.

This webinar looks at proven methods and tools for measuring and documenting employee performance and the benefits of doing so on a consistent basis for everyone in the library. 

Instructor Bio ~ Kathy Pape
Kathy has worked for ten years in Ohio libraries and is currently the Executive Director of the Conneaut Public Library in Conneaut, Ohio.  Kathy also works as a producer, writer, actor, and director for one of Ohio’s cable access channels that provides programming to households in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
