Leading Without Authority (Formal or Informal)

Date(s) - 11/20/2012
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Whether you’re a supervisor, department head, or working on the front lines, at certain times you’ve had the opportunity to influence, or even improve, the performance of people who don’t formally report to you. And whether you know it or not, this was an opportunity for you to lead!

Leadership has less to do with titles and positions and more to do with how we lead by example and help others to be more than they thought they could be.

Then interactive and fun program from PCI Webinars examines ways that you can lead from any position without being given the authority or responsibility to do so!

Participants will learn and begin to apply:

  •  The three basic principles of leading with authority
  • Direct influencing skills that others will appreciate
  • Two ways to be seen as a leader without even trying!
