Everyone has great ideas and new projects; but sometimes they may fall short. Developing teams and building successful environments to encourage continual improvement are ways to overcome potential road blocks. But, there needs to be a way to measure success and identify pain points and uncover wins. Requesting surveys is one method; but then the question is, what kind of survey? How do we successfully get survey results?

This session covers everything from building the perfect environment to obtaining useful information. We will spend time on learning about NPS (Net Promoter Score) and how it differs from the traditional “average result”. Learn the right questions to ask to get the right feedback on your projects in this fun session.

Instructor Bio ~ Brian Pichman
Brian Pichman is a technology enthusiast, sharing his thoughts and ideas to libraries so they can become more interactive, innovative, collaborative, and engaging He is a web developer with experience designing websites. Brian started a collaborative platform called the Evolve Project which aims to change the way people see libraries by introducing new technology and concepts for libraries. Libraries need to re-position themselves as community anchors in order to succeed in today’s culture.
