12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Everyone has heard the advice don’t feed the trolls but sometimes that’s not a realistic solution. So what should you do if your library is being trolled in the comments on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter? How can you tell the difference between an angry customer and a troll? And how do you help your users, especially teens and tweens deal with cyberbullies?

This webinar will give you some suggestions on how to deal with trolls. We’ll look at how ALA handled having their Facebook page hacked and how you can prevent facing a similar issue. Then we’ll turn to the issue of cyberbullying and some strategies to help students deal with this unpleasant aspect of life online.

Register here for the live webinar or to have early access to the recording when it becomes available – all in this place! No need to register in a separate place for recording access.
