Giving feedback to others can improve their performance and help the team, department and organization to be more productive. Receiving feedback can help you to improve in areas of your work that will make your job and career more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, most of us have received less than helpful feedback (actually, sometimes quite hurtful) from someone who didn’t know what they were doing and it may make us a bit feedback shy.
This interactive and fun webinar will focus on:
- The “What” and “How” of giving and receiving feedback – Most times the focus is only on “What”
- Four practical steps to giving feedback with intention
- Asking for the type of feedback you want – Instead of settling for what you normally get
- A few different techniques for giving “situational feedback”
