Whether you call them meeting norms, team agreements or rules of order, when it comes to running productive meetings, it’s necessary to set up a few ground rules and gain the agreement of the attendees.
If you’re in charge of the meetings, it is up to you to provide expectations for how your meeting will run, and how participants will treat each other during discussions. Setting ground rules will help!
In this interactive and informative webinar program, we’ll discuss which ground rules are best for your meetings and which ground rules are best left to others.
