Storytelling is a great addition to your basic story time routine, or the basis for programming on it’s own. We’ll show you to how ease into the tradition of oral storytelling with the use of books, props, and co-workers.
Visual example and a guided bibliography will be provided.
Jill Burket Ragase ~ Biography
Jill Burket Ragase is the former Juvenile Collection Development Librarian at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Jill earned her MLS in 2002 at UK, where she met Amy.
Amy Schardein ~ Biography
Amy Schardein is a Children’s Librarian at the Covington branch of the Kenton County Public Library where she specializes in Early Childhood work. She was the 2011 SWON Librarian of the Year and named in the 2012 Covington Index of Awesome. Amy earned her MLS in 2002 at UK, where she met Jill.
