Strategic planning is the process of helping an organization to define its direction, make decisions, and allocate its resources. In order to determine the direction your library must take, you must understand some core issues to select a direction to pursue.

Many believe strategic planning is focused on rewriting the mission and vision statement and completing the budget. This is far from the truth and in this webinar we will walk you through the high level steps you need to take to produce a strategic plan to set your library up for success.
