In order to start living more positively, we must develop positive habits, and the thing that we habitually do the most is to think! Most of us would not consider ourselves to be negative thinkers, even if we considered it at all. Yet, we think more negative thoughts than we would believe. When we think or speak in this manner, we are sending out negative thought patterns which produce negative circumstances that at some point in time will manifest in our lives.
