Date(s) - 04/03/2013
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

This two-part webinar will explore ways to integrate technology into information literacy programs and teaching.  Technology is a key tool in today’s information literacy programs.  A wide range of software tools, including Jing, Camtasia, and Captivate, make designing interactive content easier.  Social tools, including blogs, wikis and Facebook, can be essential for content creation and delivery, promoting information literacy, and reaching students in distance learning programs.  In this four-hour class, which will be offered in two-hour increments for two successive days, students will explore a wide range of technology that will help put any information literacy program on the map.

  • Understand the range of technology available for use in information literacy programs
