Libraries are often strapped for resources, and are fortunate if they have anyone on staff dedicated to UX research and design. Many of us try to squeeze UX work in between other duties, which can leave us feeling both frustrated and exhausted.

In this talk, Rebecca will share methods and experiments she ran with her small yet mighty UX team at the University of Arizona. She’ll also introduce some learnings from her new role at Ad Hoc working to support government agencies, which are also resource constrained. You’ll leave with ideas on how you can do a lot with a little, as well as how to advocate for more UX resourcing in the future.
