With an increasing number of patrons accessing library materials and services online, it is vital for libraries to think proactively about virtual learning. How can you better serve the patrons who frequent your “virtual branch?” More importantly, how do you teach them how touse your virtual resources if they’ve never stepped into the library?

Cari Dubiel and Crystal Williams will address these questions and more in this webinar.
