Inevitably, each of us faces situations that threaten to break our spirit, if not cloud our overall outlook on life. Illness, the loss of a loved one, and the premature end of a job, among countless other circumstances, challenge our ability to navigate life in their immediate aftermath. And while it’s easy to say we need to be positive and upbeat in these situations, it’s very hard to do.
This informative program promises to, at the very least, offer food for thought to grapple with what life throws at us in these difficult times. More specifically, we’ll discuss strategies to help us do our best to stay on course even when the world seems to throw far too much in our direction for us to handle.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
· Identify and focus on what they can control in difficult circumstances
· Identify and seek assistance from outside resources
· Cultivate daily personal practices and routines to manage feelings and emotions
