Tracy Kallassy ~ Biography
Tracy Kallassy has worked as a hiring manager in several library systems, and is currently Branch Manager of the Shirlington Branch of Arlington Public Library. She estimates she has interviewed at least 500 people for positions in public libraries. Tracy holds a Masters in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jessica Coffin ~ Biography
Jessica Coffin started her career managing college bookstores, where she first gained insight into the hiring and training process. She later received her Master of Library Science degree from the University of Maryland. She has since worked in three different public library systems, serving on a variety of interview panels.
