Biography ~ Cynthia Hg
Tech-savvy and keen, Cynthia Hg has been working on making the web more accessible and usable, inside and outside of libraries since before library school. She is currently the Content Coordinator of NNELS (National Network for Equitable Library Service), making books accessible to print-disabled readers in Canada through libraries. Previously, she has worked in various positions in libraries focusing on web and technology, particularly in the areas of user experience, including usability, and accessibility. She is also a mentor and contributor to Mozilla, and mentors at technology events, such as those organized by Ladies Learning Code.
