Even when we have a plan for the meeting process, we’ve incorporated methods for
brainstorming, we’ve got a stellar agenda, we know why our meetings don’t work and what
we can do about it…even then, there are a few tips and techniques we can use to ensure our
meeting time is spent wisely.

And that’s what we’re doing when we have a meeting, isn’t it? We’re spending time…ours
and theirs. So let’s make sure we’re investing it and not wasting it!
