Presenter: Kim Christensen is a Library Supervisor at the Springville Library with 20 years of management and supervisor experience in both the library and retail bookworld. She currently manages the Tween, Teen, Adult & Digital Services, and Circulation staff at her library. The Springville Library has won Best of State in Utah for the past 7 years. Her library passions include: training and supervising staff, providing excellent customer service, advising and encouraging readers, as well as developing programs to encourage literacy and community involvement in public libraries. She’s presented at ALA and ULA conferences and provided digital content through UEN.
