Leadership itself tries too hard. But leadership really starts on a personal level. Talking about leadership and development isn’t just for administrators and people in formal leadership positions, it should be accessible to staff in all levels of an organization.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how personal leadership can influence the leading and management of teams as well as individual development.
Participants in this session will learn:
• How emotional intelligence components inform personal leadership
• How openness, application, and reflection help keep you on track and engaged with your team
• How leadership behaviors transcend hierarchy and roles
• How personal leadership is a journey, a set of skills that evolve with experience and time
