Management

Leading and Coaching When You’re Not in Charge isn’t about playing boss; it’s about learning to work with people, not over them. Influence isn’t tied to a title—it’s earned through actions, consistency, and understanding what others need to succeed. This webinar will break down how to build trust, meaningful guidance, and spark change without stepping on toes. It’s about showing up as a leader by being human first.

Learning Objectives:
• Learn how to build trust and credibility by being consistent and real
• Understand how to guide and coach others by listening and asking better questions
• Discover how small, thoughtful actions can create big shifts in culture and collaboration
