How we show up at work and in life is directly impacted by how we care for ourselves. When we are restored, we bring our most compassionate, patient, productive, and best self forward.

Neither selfish nor self-indulgent, self-care is simply how we replenish our body, mind, and spirit. It is preventative maintenance and prevents us from becoming depleted. Self-care is both underestimated and misunderstood and if you think you don’t have time for it you probably badly need some.

This program will expand your understanding of self-care and provide specific examples of self-care beyond bubble baths and manicures.

As a result of this program, attendees will:
• Better understand how self-care is unique for them
• Create 6 possible ways of providing self-care specific to you
• Describe the importance of making time for self-care

Presenter: Laura Greco, RN, MEd is a certified wellness coach and speaker who facilitates learning and changing habits. She helps professionals eliminate burnout, manage stress, create life balance, and rekindle their sense of purpose and joy.  Self-care (body, mind, and spirit) is the basis for well-being and we all have the capacity to make positive lifestyle changes are 2 of her foundational beliefs.
