Rebecca has worked with library systems to cultivate awareness and action to prevent staff burnout and create safer environments for library employees and patrons alike. Rebecca has in-depth experience managing workplace conflict, is trained in conflict mediation and has trained and written extensively on the issue of workplace conflict.
