She has worked with schools, organizations, and libraries to create workshops and training programs that inspire learning, and foster growth, inviting conversation on what matters most; authenticity. Ralinda earned her M.Ed from Columbia University, where her research focused on identity development, educational leadership, faculty recruitment and retention, and the impact of social media movements on school communities.
