Presenter: Ralinda Watts is an author, educator, thought leader, and consultant with extensive experience in professional development. She has worked with schools, organizations, and libraries to create workshops and training programs that inspire learning, and foster growth, inviting conversation on what matters most; authenticity. Ralinda is the founder of RalindaSpeaks, a consulting platform, and brand driven by her passion for storytelling and fostering meaningful connections. Ralinda earned her M.Ed from Columbia University, where her research focused on identity development, educational leadership, faculty recruitment and retention, and the impact of social media movements on school communities. Ralinda empowers professionals to navigate challenges and thrive in their roles.
